Most recently, she has supported Easthall Park Housing in strengthening their tenant safety compliance, improving internal processes, and embedding practical, audit‑ready procedures. After leaving the housing sector to establish a multi‑trade repairs and maintenance service, Debbie continues to provide consultancy support to housing associations, helping them achieve and maintain full compliance across all areas of tenant safety. Her combined background as a long‑serving Property Officer and now a contractor gives her a unique perspective on both client‑side expectations and contractor‑side delivery, enabling her to offer pragmatic, sector‑aligned guidance that improves safety outcomes and tenant satisfaction.
